Delivery and Postage Policies
NO POST OFFICE BOXES allowed for billing addresses or shipping addresses. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. WE ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES.

Delivery timeframe:
We will endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days depending on availability.

What happens if something from my order is out-of-stock?
If an item you've ordered has become out-of-stock, or unavailable, we will contact you by return email or phone call to notify you with an updated availability. We will ship the items that are available in our normal time frame.
Back - ordered items are shipped FREE of charge.

Delivery Charges:
Mandurahs Bikeman uses Australia Post Express with a $10.00 flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide.
Orders over $250.00 have free delivery.

Stock Availability:
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing on our website or in our newsletters are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mandurahs Bikeman.
Sale or clearance items may have limited quantities, sizes and colours and may no longer be available.

Images and Colours:
We have made every effort to display accurate image and colours on the website. Actual colour may vary slightly from the real item.

Warranty:
Mandurahs Bikeman supports the manufactures warranties for all the products we sell.

If you receive a faulty product:
If a product arrives faulty or is defective, the product will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment, neglect, misuse or faulty installation.

If you have any problem with any of our product please contact us by email bikeman@iinet.net.au or phone 08 9582 9525 and we will arrange to have the product repaired, replaced or refunded.

When we have received the product we will assess it and offer the most appropriate solution. We will refund or replace the defective item, and we will cover the shipping charges incurred.

Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  We aim to make every transaction a pleasant, convenient and hassle-free shopping experience.

Received an item that is the wrong size, or that you would like to exchange the item?
We will happily exchange or refund any items returned to us in a re-saleable condition. Please do not remove any tags, wear any clothing or shoes, or damage packaging. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred when exchanging an item.

To expedite any returns, we ask that you note the following:
Before returning an item, please email bikeman@iinet.net.au or call 08 9582 9525 and we will supply you with a Return Authorisation Number which you will need to include with the returned item.

Please include a note in your return package clearly showing the following:

  1. Return Authority Number
  2. Full Name
  3. Address
  4. Phone numbers
  5. Email address
  6. Date of purchase
  7. Proof of purchase

If you need to return the product please ensure the product is properly packaged and send the item to us , via prepaid and trackable or registered post. Please remember to keep proof of postage.
